What to Include With Your RMA

• The item(s) you're returning, including the retail box & all accessories
• A printed copy of this page, or a printout of the RMA email you receive
• A printed & signed Commercial Invoice (see the next section for details)
• Adequate packing material (the box & packing material you received the product in is ideal, if available)

Printing your Commercial Invoice

Your RMA will be shipped from Canada to the United States, so a Commercial Invoice is necessary to process the shipment through customs. We'll pre-fill the form for you with the item information from the RMA; just print, sign, and include a copy in the box!

Return Shipping Options

• Print a UPS Shipping Label through Newegg

Newegg offers an automated label creation process that lets you purchase and print a shipping label directly from our website. Once the label is created, simply print it out, use clear tape to affix it to your RMA box, and drop it off at your nearest UPS pickup location. Advantages include:

• Pre-filled Package Information - We'll automatically enter the package weight and dimension information using our item database for quick and easy label creation.
• Simplified Claims Process - Should anything happen to your package on its way back to Newegg, you can contact our award-winning Customer Service Department for an expedited claim.
• Alternative Shipping Services
  If you would rather not use Newegg's UPS Shipping Label service, you can ship your RMA using any courier that operates in Canada and the United States. We recommend using a service that offers shipment tracking and insurance.

In order for Newegg to effectively process your RMA request it is essential to include everything the product(s) shipped with. This may include but is not limited to: manuals, software, cables and the original retail packaging.

You must clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. If you send multiple RMAs in one box you must write each RMA number on the outside of the package. Please also be certain to carefully mark and separate the items in the box so our Returns Department can accurately process your RMAs.
