At the end of the ticket purchasing
transaction, you will be required to print your ticket as proof of
purchase in order to gain entry into your movie of choice. To pick
up your tickets, you will need to swipe the credit card used for
your purchase at the automated JUMP! Kiosk or go to the box office.
It is also recommended that you bring your ticket confirmation
barcodes to the theatre, as proof of purchase may be required.
Please ensure that you have access to a printer.
Printing
Instructions.
In the page setup of your browser, make sure you
have:
1. Turn on Print Images, and Print Background.
2. Turn
off Print Header / Footer.
3. Selected Crop Page
Fit.
Please note: All sales are final. We are not
able to offer refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased
on-line.
You must bring your Mastercard credit card with the number xxxx
xxxx xxxx 2309 to the theatre
to pick up your tickets. This is non-negotiable and there are no
exceptions. Tickets must be redeemed at the theatre automated
ticketing kiosk or box office. You may redeem your tickets any time
between now and the start of the
movie.
