Quality Control Technician

Train and educate employees on the quality criteria; Participate in QA and QC projects in collaboration with the Director QA-QC; Check the quality of each pallet of product; Ensure that GMP are implemented; Monitor the quality of the raw material at reception; Check the calibration of scales;

Duties
Train, educate and communicate the information required for insurance / quality control; • Work closely with the Director QA-QC to continuous improvement projects or any projects related to quality assurance / quality control; • Visual inspection and sampling machines including taking action; • Take measurements of the first pieces to allow the start of production; • Place a label on the pallet identifying the quality of it to ensure traceability; • Notify the operator of the department concerned at any anomaly; • Accounting for revenue rejected in quality control; • Perform the test for verification of weighing scales; • Perform data entry of the observed defects; • Check or measures of the first parts to authorized the start of production; • Validate the controls (work order sheet, labels, command, etc.); • Follow up on the sheet cleaning machines; • Follow up on cleaning in the department of quality control and in the laboratory; • Perform data entry of the observed defects; Able to use a jigger for stocking products
